Conditions of participation for the Radio Quizz of Radio Sol FM Ftv on Valentine’s Day

Purpose of the Radio Quizz: The purpose of the Radio Quizz is to entertain and promote Valentine’s Day.

Date and time of the radio quiz: The Radio Quizz will take place on 14th of February 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Canary Islands time.

Participation options: Participants can take part in the Radio Quizz in two ways:

Send a text message to the Whatsapp number (+34) 662300000 with your name and the additions #Valentinesquiz or #Radioquizz.
Call (+34) 662300000 and state your name and your intention to participate until 08:00 a.m. on 14th of February 2024 at the latest.

Eligibility to participate: Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over. Employees of Radio Sol FM Ftv and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Prizes and winnings: Prizes will be provided by participating sponsors and may be gifts in kind or vouchers. The quality of the prizes is the responsibility of the respective companies. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and will not generally be sent abroad, unless agreed individually.

Rules and procedure of the Radio Quizz: The participants are selected at random from the pool of applicants who have registered in advance.

The participant is then called during the programme to answer the question(s) live on air. The questions will be asked in German, Spanish or Italian, depending on the contestant’s choice. They are multiple-choice questions with 4 possible answers, only one of which is correct. The questions relate to Valentine’s Day.

The participant who answers the question correctly wins the prize offered for this round of questions. This prize must then be collected from the station and can only be delivered in exceptional cases and if possible. For winners outside Fuerteventura, separate agreements must be made in each individual case.

Data protection: The data collected will be used exclusively for the organisation of the radio quiz and will not be passed on to third parties. After the end of the game, the data will be deleted and will not be available for further competitions.

Exclusion of liability: Radio Sol FM Ftv accepts no responsibility for damage or loss in connection with the preparation and realisation of the radio quiz or the presentation of prizes.

Duration of the Radio Quizz and important dates:

Date and duration of the competition: 14th of February 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (UTC, Canary Islands time).
Closing date: 14th of February 2024, at 08:00 a.m. (UTC, Canary Islands time).
If the questions are answered correctly, the winners will be announced directly during the programme.
